Micro Images was where I transformed from engineer to technology leader. Over six years, I didn't just manage IT—I built the custom automation platform that became the backbone of our document management services. This wasn't off-the-shelf software; it was a proprietary system coded in-house that gave us a competitive edge no competitor could replicate.
We were pioneers. Working alongside leadership, I helped develop some of the first Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) models in existence—years before the term became mainstream. I also created unique sales models with our partners that opened new revenue streams and client relationships.
